Chicken Curry 

Eating in house is always best option on what goes into your pot. Today we will give you a simple Indian curry dish easy and simple to make. I do this all the time and its one of my hubby’s favorite dish.


Pinch of Curry leaves

Cumin seeds pinch

1 Onion 

1 cinnamon stick

6 cloves 

4 cardamoms

1tbsp of tumeric

2tbsp of corriander powder

1tsp garam masala

1kg Chicken curry pieces

3 to 4 tomatoes chopped

4tbs Garlic miced 

2 tps of ginger 

3 to 6 pieces of fresh chillies. Add to taste.Also can add red chilli powder.

Canola oil 1/4 cup optional any oil

Corriander leaves for garnishing 



1.Heat the oil in a pot once hot add cinanmon cloves and cardomon immediately add the cumin seed,curry leaves and onions.Saute till light brown in color.

2.Add garlic,chillie,ginger to the pot and fry for 2 minutes add all the masala in the pot. Note you can mix all masalas and make a pasted to prevent burning.

3.Add chicken to the pot stir together.

4.Add tomatoes to the chicken.

5. Salt to taste

Cook for 30 to 40 minutes depends on the pieces once done add cut corrinder leaves and garnish the dish. Eat with rice or roti.
